James Retallack is Group Resources Director of Aggregate Industries Limited, a position he has held since 2001. Prior to that he was a partner with Edge & Ellison and senior partner of the firm from 1998 to 2000 when it merged with Hammond Suddards to form what is now Hammonds. At Aggregate Industries, which is a member of the Holcim Group of companies, he has responsibility at group level for human resources, legal and compliance, pensions, health and safety, insurance, secretarial and communications. He was born in Birmingham in 1957 and lives in Warwickshire with his wife Gill.
